Next PostThe Nest Christian Academy is exempted from HHS regulations (3/2021) and does not have to meet the requirements under Texas Human Resources Code 42.041. The Nest voluntarily monitors itself and complies with Texas Health and Human Services standards, and is in the process of becoming a candidate for accreditation through ACSI and will regularly report the status of its accreditation journey and applicable licensing regulations to the parents, and train staff of the regulations and their expectations.
