Tuition and Fees

2025-2026 Student Application

Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year is open. Scheduled tours and school readiness assessments are available by appointment now.

Once the application is received, you will be contacted to schedule your time. Once you have completed the tour and student readiness assessment, you will be notified of acceptance into our school. When our school is not a good fit, we will notify you within days of the assessment. Your child’s enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the nonrefundable Registration Fee ($200 for new students). Complete the sign-up for Brightwheel and you’re all set.

Note: Preschool tuition is for a nine-month period from September 2025 to May 2026. Note: we do not offer a month-to-month option). Kindergarten is a ten-month program from August 2025 to May 2026; tuition payments are billed monthly. Although tuition may be paid monthly, acceptance into the program is a commitment for the entire school year (full tuition amount).

Peschool hours are Tuesday/Thursday 9 am to 2:30 pm, and kindergarten hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 2:30 pm (pick-up line begins at 2:20 pm). The monthly tuition rate applies regardless of days in attendance. Tuition is due on the first of each month. We require you to set up automatic payments through Brightwheel for month-to-month billing. (Processing fees may apply). Unpaid tuition will be subject to late fees.

TUITION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026
Preschool September May
$2,925 (may be paid at $325/month for 9 months for a total annual tuition of $2,925)

Kindergarten August – May
$6,300 annually (may be paid at $630/month for 10 months or a total annual tuition of $6,300)

Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Supply Fees each semester: $165 (Kindergarten billed in August 2025 and January 2026. Preschool fees billed in September 2025 and January 2026)

Registration Fee due prior to official enrollment: $200 (nonrefundable)

Annual Christmas Program Costume/Props Fees: $25 one-time fee billed with the December tuition

BABY BIRD PROGRAM

For two- and three-year-olds, Nest School offers a monthly Baby Bird class since we no longer offer two’s classes in our regular preschool program. Baby Birds are taught by Nest teachers using a tested, age-appropriate curriculum and have provided an important early step for little learners. Baby Birds receive our Early Bird Registration opportunity for Nest Fall 2026 classes.
